Okay, gentlemen, another scenario: Da Bears, they don't make it, the plane is delayed.. and the only one who shows up is Ditka. Ditka vs. Da Giants. Okay, score, gentlemen?

Ditka, 73
Da Giants, Negative 2.

If I may shift gears for a moment, gentlemen: A Certain Coach Ditka gets in a fight with a hurricane. Who would win? Now, gentlemen, the trick is, the Hurricane's name......is Hurricane Ditka.

Da question is: Now, did God create Da Bears, and make them superior to all teams? Or is he simply a huge fan, and Ditka made them superior to all other teams?

Trick question, gentlemen. God's real identity is that of a certain Coach Ditka.

Now, gentlemen, let me ask you this: What if Da Bears were all 14 inches tall, you know, about so high? Now, what's your score of today's game?

Los Angeles

In dat scenario, is Ditka 14 inches or is he regular size?

dat's a good question. However gentlemen, I believe that a certain Coach Ditka, no matter how short, is a guaranteed Dubble-U.

No, he would be full-grown.

As for my prediction.. at game's end, uh.. there won't be two teams of contrasting moods heading off da field, my friends. One gloom, one gleeful. The gleeful, of which be.. Da Bears!

Remember, the 1985 Bears are one of the greatest dynasties in NFL history.

How many other dynasties only had one SB appearance? That's how awesome those Bears really were.

Don't you get it?* The Steelers had to win 4 SBs in six years. The 49ers don't count because that was the Bears' decade, and it took the 1990's Cowboys a few Super Bowls and the 2000's Patriots three Super Bowls to be considered dynasties. But the Bears... it only took one!

(*Because if you do, please explain it to me!!!)

Orton's actually a pretty good NFL QB and always has been. I would never say he's sucked.

Orton plus two first round draft picks is/was a pretty good return for a guy demanding a trade because he wasn't being sufficiently fawned over.

Ah, but the problem lies with the fact that Chicago thought Orton was bad. What they failed (and have always failed) to realize is that they just suck at offense.

Kind of like how they fail to realize that the Cubs will never win if they continue to support them. But they don't really care, do they? I kind of think they like being the "lovable losers". Makes them feel special.

Oh...I hate Michael Jordan.

Cubs fans tried to talk a little trash in Cincinnati for some Reds games my friends and I went to. We would yell WGN at them, and also all you have to really say is 102 years or whatever it's at now.

I really just kind of hate Chicago.

Dude's played 5 games and he's your man, eh?

Will he still be "your man" when sometime in the next few years he quits on the team mid-season and makes it public that he wants a trade out of your organization?

No he left the Panthers because the Bears offered more money and he likes a big city. Would you turn down 95m??

No, Julius had been asking out of Carolina for two seasons. They franchise tagged him against his wishes for 2009, and would have done it again this season if it wouldn't have cost them $20 million. I know you like your guy, but you should at least be factual about the circumstances of his departure from Carolina. The money didn't hurt, but he wanted out of Carolina long before the Bears came into the picture.

From what i have read, he wanted out because Carolina is run by a bad front office.

Israel Idonije was a beast today 3 sacks and 7 tackles. We ran the ball very well if we stick to running the ball when Cutler comes back we will be fine. Also nice job by Brian with a int and 4 tackles.

I relize that but he wanted a long term deal and the panthers were not willing to give it to him. He would have probly stayed if they would have not put the tag on him and just sign him to a 4 yr deal. Reminds me of the Lance Briggs's contract issue he wanted a long term deal or he wanted to be traded. The Bears gave it to him which made me very happy. He is my favorite player.
