Congrats to Coach Smart. I hope this stint lasts longer than the Cleveland gig!

It is good to see Keith get another shot, he deserves it.

Not surprised. I never felt new ownership was in favor of having Nellie as the coach.

Good deal for him. I thought he has always been a good coach potential and he will bring some energy to that team.

I had the chance to meet and speak with Keith Smart several years ago, before he began coaching, at a summer basketball camp for children I was helping coach. He gave a devotion/speech to the kids. He was excellent with the children. He is a great man of God. That is the best praise I could give to anyone.

I wish him the best of luck. He will have future success as a head coach in this league.

I am also proud to say that I have an autographed photo of him hitting the game winner over Syracuse hanging in my living room!

Wow. The Pacers will now lead the league in a statistical category, namely pace. Whoopie!

Always will be a fan of his. Just for "the shot" in 1987.
