Some of u may have noticed I only post in the Pacer section and not here in the Colts section. Even though im a die hard pacer fans, I hate the Colts because im a Vikings Fan :) I dont live in Indiana so I never grew up around the colts team or any team for that fact since im in Canada. I didnt really get into football untill Randy Moss's rookie season and thats when i became a vikings fan. Sry, i just felt i needed to confess. Im still a pacer fan though :)

Is there any in the closet Vikings fans here :)

I follow the Vikes because I have Moss and Culpepper on my fantasy football team.

I thought mid-way through last season that it would be a Vikings-Colts SB, but then the huge meltdown came...:shakehead:

The Vikings will be competitive, but will get nothing more than a wild card spot, if that.

The Colts will hopefully at least get to the SB.And if the Vikings don't break down they will probably make the playoffs. The Vikings just signed Brock Lesnar and if he passes his drug testes he may play decent.May is the keyword though.

49ers' window of opportunity is shut for the next couple of years.

After this season the Colts window of opportunity will be shut allitle more.I mean because we all know this is the last year for the triplets.Hopefully we will only lose Edge.(Even though I think we would all prefer to keep him)I think both the Pacers and Colts are feeling a sense of "urgency".I say that because this is the last year for the triplets and for the Pacers this is probably the last year to try to get Reg a ring.

Triplets' last year? Definitely.
Colts' last year? No, I think they could do better without James.

This season's vikings isnt exactly the same as I seen last season.

The offense is a lot better spread out and complete. Culpepper isnt simply lookin for 1 or 2 guys. He has Moss, Burleson, Marcus, Wiggins, and Moore to throw to and hes surveying the whole field not just lockin in on 1 of them and throwing it.

The defense isnt putting up anywhere near the number of turnovers were getting from ints and fumbles last year but we have been quite consistent and with a new defensive coordinator and a lot of new players that will come in time. Our linebacker group is completely revamped and its a lot faster. Winfield was brought in to give us a lock down cb and Brian Williams is developing as our 2nd cb quite nicely.

This team has some similarities to last seasons team but they are definetly playing like a different team.

Wow, that must have been one heck of a team that gave them their only loss of the season. :p

Seriously though I was really impressed with the Vikings that Monday night game in Philly. The Eagles D was pressuring Culpepper all night and he still kept making big plays. I think the Vikings will be the Eagles stiffest competition in the NFC in the playoffs. Going into the season I thought Seattle would be tough but they've fallen apart in recent weeks.
