Yeah... I found this site earlier this season when looking for plus/minus stats... I believe its the only site on the web that publishes all of them...

I think that is the whole point... Inventing stats that actually mean something!! For example, plus/minus is extremely useful in evaluating a player's overall contribution to the team (defense and offense) but is even more meaningful when weighted based on who else is on the court.

Verdict: the simple answer is that together Kobe and Shaq made for a dominant force in the NBA, even in the strife filled 03-04 campaign -- an 81% plus/minus game-by-game win rate when they were on the floor together is the second best player-pair in the league from last season, only topped by Tinsley-Artest who were 34-6 (85%) in their game by game plus/minus tallies.
