View Full Version : Not at #13!

Which of the following players if chosen by TPTB @ #13 would make you throw up just a little bit in your mouth and why? I formulated this list based on 2 factors:

1) barring a swing in the majority of mock drafts, these players are very possibly going to be available when we select @ #13

2) trolling thru the pages of the draft thread these players seemed to be the most "polarized", posters either really liked or disliked them

This really needs to let you make multiple choices, because there are three guys here (Hansbrough, Mullens, and Daye) that I would be very, very disappointed if we took them at #13, and a fourth (Lawson) that I wouldn't be happy about.

I'd probably also give a write-in vote for Jeff Teague at 13.

Agreed. There are several guys there I would be very unhappy with. Any way to edit the poll?

Just a little bit? Hansbrough, because I'd feel like we grossly overpaid.

Daye would make me throw up and give me a 104-degree temperature.

Mullens would give me such a bout of yakking dry-heaves, I'd have to be checked for swine flu.

1. BJ Mullens
2. Terrence Williams
3. Ty Lawson
4. Austin Daye
5. Tyler Hansbrough

very surprised daye has only 2 votes. nobody is more of a headcase in this draft than austin daye. at least mullens is a body that will last at least a couple of years, even if he never refines his skillset. i doubt daye could even bench press the bar.

Daye would make NO sense to me.

No Earl Clark, Hansborough (though I would like him late 20s or early 2nd round), Mullens or Daye

I would hate drafting Mullens or Daye equally as much.

Mullens, Daye, and Lawson...go fish. Actually, everyone who has gotten a vote thus far (Hansbrough, Lawson, Mullens, Daye, Williams) would be upsetting to me.

Hansbrough or Jonny Flynn :censored: Hansbrough is such a typical UNC/Duke poser that dominates in college but is a total stiff in the pros. Flynn just doesn't impress me.

It was a tough choice between Daye and Mullens. Daye is initially more revolting because he plays the same position as Granger. However, I think there's a much greater chance that Daye will become a productive NBA player. All he needs to do is gain a little weight and strength. Mullens needs a heart and a brain, and those are a little harder to come by.

Terrance Williams = Todd Fuller!!!!!

Lance George

Mullens. I'm just not thrilled with the idea of waiting years for our draft pick to produce, especially when there's a decent chance it never happens at all.
