I thought it was sort of funny when Jeff Foster tripped the dummy
that ran onto the court causing a disturbance.

On top of the head I like Houston's mascott's antics and bloopers :)

OMG I love the Ron Jeremy comparison for Van Gundy. I never would have made that connection myself.

Why does his mustache make you laugh?

This is a good question.

If I had to pick a coach to laugh at over his looks, the first one that
comes to my mind would probably be this guy.

Seeing that again, how did Jeff Foster not get into bigger trouble? What did JO do differently during the brawl?

(Not to hijack the thread)

Being there and seeing that in person was by far the funniest thing I've seen at a professional sporting event.

European players that act like they did not commit the foul that was just called.

it was a few years ago, but I will never get tired of making jokes about Joe Johnson missing play calls because he was watching the Phoenix Gorilla

Whether he's berating the refs, or mispronouncing a foreign player's name,
Slick Leonard's color commentary is often good for a few chuckles.

He didn't get into trouble with the league for the same reason David Harrison didn't. Had Stern suspended any more players the suspensions would have had to be staggered, something Stern wasn't about to do.

I doubt there has ever been a "funnier" player in the NBA than this guy...

Why does his mustache make you laugh?

The way it tickles his skin?

Why does his mustache make you laugh?
For reasons MillerTime expressed. I really didn't want to make it blantantly obvious...

But I'm talking about when he tripped that player who ran onto the court.

Because he was essentially doing what security would have done? Because he tripped the guy instead of punching him? Because it was a fan coming onto the court as an individual disruption rather than a fan coming onto the court during a free-for-all? Because the damage was already done and Stern is saving the next smackdown for when we get good enough to care about again?

Seems to be a completely different situation to me.
