Nate McMillan for CoY?

Also like Larry Brown, JOB, and Scott Skiles...

Yeah, I know it'll go to someone like Mike Brown, Doc Rivers, Phil or Greg...

And to answer the question: either Jerry Sloan or Pop, just like every other season.

JayRedd
03-10-2009, 07:16 PM
I fear a 34 and 16 may be on the way.

JayRedd
03-10-2009, 07:17 PM
Murphy shootin well early. Two threes to give him 6 of our 9 points. In more surprising news, TJ made a layup. (Nice steal, dude.)

JayRedd
03-10-2009, 07:22 PM
Good talk, see ya out there.

03-10-2009, 07:24 PM
Wow, I can't believe Murph got that record. I thought DD would have had some insurmountable number in his prime.

JayRedd
03-10-2009, 07:40 PM
Nobody wants to watch us play the Jazz tonight? They've won 14 of 15. Maybe that's the reason?

pacersgroningen
03-10-2009, 07:42 PM
it took me some time before I could get home to watch it! but I'm here now so...... let's go pacers!

CableKC

Me thinks tHis aint gonna be pretty.
Yeah....it's beginning to look that way...and it's only the 2nd QTR.

It must be nice for the Jazz that they are all finally healthy. A healthy lineup....I have no idea what that even looks like anymore.

03-10-2009, 07:47 PM
That hook shot by Hibbert was great, and almost impossible to defend. If he ever perfected that...

03-10-2009, 07:50 PM
OMG TROY!!! He's playing the Jazz on his own! Love the run! Now only if we'd limit all these turnovers, 11 already in the first 18 mins

03-10-2009, 07:51 PM
We're lucky we're hot tonight because damn, Utah is fundamentally sound as always.

JayRedd
03-10-2009, 07:51 PM
I really hope more people are watching this. Amazing. Seven treys for Murphy with 4:44 to go in the 2nd Quarter. Wow.

[Getting way ahead of ourselves]He could break the record.[/]

Even after paying for it once, they're letting Rush hang out on the perimeter.

I might be mistaking, but i think 12 by donnyel marshall, that's some crazy shootin by murph

JayRedd
03-10-2009, 07:57 PM
What is that Red?

I coulda sworn QRich got 13 once, but it appears to be Kobe and Donyell Marshall with 12 apiece. That sounds right now that I see it though.

EDIT: QRich's high is 9, further proving my theory that I drink too much.

Murphy is out of his mind, its awesome.

We'd be a better team with Diener as our primary ball handler.

Much better.

Can we get the ball to Murph?

BlueNGold
03-10-2009, 08:40 PM
Why does Murph have the worst +/- of the starters while playing so awesome. Why is the +/- for Utah's highest scorers the highest +/-. Therein is the Murphy mystery....that's not really a mystery at all.

its because he steals rebounds.

pacersgroningen

It is part of JOB's game plan, let Murph get the rebound so he can shoot the trailer three. Stop ripping on Murphy. He's doing great this season.

BlueNGold

its because he steals rebounds.

I find it amazing that him going 7 for 8 from three, 100% from the line, 70% from the floor with 3 steals and 12 boards in less than 3 quarters does not result in a positive impact on the +/-. When he sits, what are we doing to make up for all of that?

When he sits, Utah's starters are sitting as well.

82-80 end of third. Pacers only down by 2 without Danny or Dunleavy or Foster.

I am so proud.

I'm feeling a little misty.

You can say that for 60% of his PF. I still think he's going to be good with time.

Murphy is good but he does this all the time, I think he is tired by the second half, also Utah was playing good D on him

MyFavMartin

Quinn Buckner summed it up best: Utah goes on a 22-10 run with 8 minutes left in the game to win it by 12.

Good effort. Jazz are on fire right now.

2 games out of the final spot. Granger back Friday hopefully. I still believe.

i went to the game. murphy was really hot there for a while. that was fun to see. got student tickets but they were already out of shirts though when i got there which was a bummer.
without danny and dun, i didn't think we could stay as close as we did for as long as we did. it was still nice to see a game even if the beers were $6.50
