I'd like to think this will be easier to win than the 1st game was. Not only because we're better now, but they're worse.

I would've made a Celtics related poll regarding Vin Baker's problems, Danny Ainge's trades, or O'Brien's resignation, but no one in Boston even cares about the Celts right now anyway...

Interesting to see Larry and Danny Ainge sitting next to each other at the game - bet it's not too often that the head guys for opposing teams sit next to each other at games! :D

If you can step on this team's throat early, I think they're gonna mail it in the rest of the way. The Celts are very low emotionally right now.

the team looks hot, Ron hitting a 3, Tins with 4 Ast already, JO 3 Ast! (who said he couldn't pass ?)

Makes you wonder what they have in mind tonight, but I like their attitude.

Now we have to get someone on Rickie though!

Tins is definitely "on" (he must have had a shock when KA was activated)

Sorry to say that with AJ in the "fluency" goes out of the offense and somehow the defense slacks of as well, Al starting to miss his shots and there they go, of to the races.

Ricky Davis is having one of those nights. Simply can't do anything about that save denying the ball to him.

I don't have a good feeling right now, and it's not just because of JO being out. I felt that if the Pacers could've put the Celts away early they would've rolled over given how low this Boston team is right now. But if they feel like they can steal one in Indy that might be just enough to motivate this slumping Celts team tonight. :hmm:

they seem to be "rattled" which is not a good thing.

We can blame Tins for thise last two, but no one is moving on offense it seems so he has a hard time to get the ball anywhere.

Where are our other bench players, they only there for decoration?

something has to be done, 1 point ball game, Pierce with 3 fouls should not get it going, someone should take it to him on offense!

Well, lost in all that is the fact the Pistons managed to blow an 11-point lead in the last 3 minutes....

Ah well, it wasnt AS BAD a call, because the game would have gone into OT had it not been called, but yeah, it was a crappy call. No doubt, we got lucky tonight.

That's the thing, Rim. I watched part of that Knicks/Celts game and I saw a Boston team that had nothing out there. If the Pacers could have kept them from scoring so many 1st quarter points I think Boston would've sleepwalked the rest of the game instead of playing the way they are. :unimpressed:

well, my heart is still lodged in my throat- at least for a few more minutes......i still crindge at the huge buckets of sheit I'd have to eat at work out here if we would've lost.......i work with some real neanderthals who told me they'd never watch the Celtics again when they traded Walker, and even more so when O'Brien quit. But whenever they play the Pacers, they act like screaming crazy fans just to make me squirm.....and I'm not good natured about it either......it's painful.....
