Just curious, how does Danny Granger average 36 PPG for the week, along with a game-winning buzzer beater, and not even be NOMINATED for Player of the Week? I know these awards don't mean anything in the grand scheme of things, but this just seems like a disrespectful slap in the face. True, we were 1-3 as a team, but 2 of the losses came in the closing seconds.

Other nominees for the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week were Cleveland's LeBron James, Houston's Von Wafer

Wow... no joke. I didn't even catch that on my first read. The dude averaged an eye-popping 13.75 Pts, 2.0 Ast, 3.0 Reb a game for the week. Clearly PotW material!

I can only imagine it's because the Pacers went 1-2 in that stretch.

Still lame, regardless.

Small market and bad record

Had we won and been making the NBA more money, he would have at least one POTW

its all record wise. atleast go 3-1 then maybe granger gets the nod. but to have a loosing week. doesn't warrant for a Player of the week no matter how great he played. :(
