Just saw this guy on ESPN - he looks lost, overwhelmed, over his head - like a freaking moron.

I disagree. Didn't look like anything other than someone being interviewed. I thought he gave good answers too. I do think he's a bit overwhelmed from the trades he's contemplating, but that might be because TMac is holding the cards.

I could see him being very overwelmed from all of the offers.

I mean, we could offer 5 diffrent deals just by ourselves.

Phoenix probably put a few on the table.

Plus you got Houston, LA, and probably others. You know Zeke offered Allan Houston. [Half kidding, he offered Houston for TMac and Gooden.]

the way i see it, its not. this guy doesnt know basketball. all the deals on teh table, the one he takes is for steve francis. why? because he's a household name. i would not be surprised if he really knew how good artest/harrington/bender/jones/foster are as players. but STEVE FRANCHISE. He's a bigger name than any of those pacers or shawn marion. so he took that.

then once the media talked about how bad the trade was, he all of a sudden decided that them and houston werent as close as he thought to completing the deal.

so he turns to marion, the second biggest name he was offered.

i dont think we are getting tmac from this guy, and if we do, only if houston and pheonix back out of the running. (it seems like pheonix is starting to grow tired of waiting, since they traded away that 7th pick. now they would need to put joe johnson in the trade, something they seem unwilling to do)
