I'd love to, but I'll be at the game  (I'll be under the basket with my TJ Ford jersey)

If I wasn't playing catch up with my work, I would.

COUNT ME IN!!!

I'll see what I can do about rearranging my schedule. Theres a champps at keystone thats open late and not too crowded but it might be a challenge to hear the game. ( I think they might have live music going on.) any other ideas?

Check my avi ;)

(but they usually have live music on Fridays, and they get packed.)

Not sure I'll be available. Tomorrow is my first day of my new job, which has a lovely 200-mile roundtrip daily commute.

FWIW I can tell you right now for sure my brother's band is playing Fri. night at the Chammps in Keystone. You can watch the game but you won't be able to hear it.

200 miles? Are there any good sports talk radio shows on during your commute time? (JMV, 1070 the Fan) That's the only thing that would keep me sane.

Guys, I don't think I'm going to make it.

Thought I had my hotel room paid for for tonight, but they're kicking me out in 30 minutes, so I need to stay at my sister's place in Bloomington.

Dangit! Would've been fun!

Is there a consensus on which side of town (Indy?) everyone would like to meet?

My status is up to a "maybe." My work load just got cut by about 67%.... so I won't die when it shoots up Monday/Tuesday from something new I was just called about. :suicide3:

Let us know next time you're headed back to Indy & we'll plan something. I'm guessing that with you down in Bloomington & the weather, that Saturday is out of the question too?

If I can get permission from the wife I might be able to show up. Would really love
to catch this game in front of a nice large screen with fellow fans.

Alot depends on where though. There are plenty of nice bars in and around Indy
to watch sports with the prerequisite large screen TVs, easy parking, and good cold
suds if desired.

It's just a matter of calling in advance and finding out if there will be any other
distractions going on like a band, karaoke, etc.

If Indy, what side of town are we talking about? If other than Indy, where??

Hello?

Sorry Rambo looks like plans have been cancelled.

The whole deal was to meet up with Los Angeles & since he can't make it.......

We should try to do something like this later in the season, with a little more planning that is.

Ok no prob. Secured the wife's permission so will be out somewhere to watch anyway.

Besides hoping the Pacers stick it to those darned Lakers, am celebrating
this damn long-azz week finally being over. lol

Cheers!

I was intrigued, and if it ended up being anywhere on the east side I was gonna try to make it. When is the next non-televised game? We should shoot for something then.

It's not the next non-televised game but there's a late game on Saturday March 7th that is not televised @ the Clips. I'd also like to suggest the BW3's off of Pendelton Pike in Lawrence as it is open late enough even if the game is a late starter like tonight.
