Reddick? No way.

Anyway, I like how EA game Danny and Mike the shaft on this one.

While we're on the videogame topic, I just bought NBA 2K9!!!

Played a game Pacers vs. Lakers - This game is definitely a step up from last year's version.
Player models and animations are generally better looking, and the players actually try to get open instead of just arbitrarily standing around waiting for you to call every play for them.

Oh yeah - The Pacers are (unsurprisingly) one of the lowest rated teams in the game, but are still a lot of fun to play with because of JOB's coaching scheme. Fast Breaks come pretty easily because TJ Ford can run circles around anyone in the game.

I think if you compare them to the other teams, they make more sense. I wouldn't compare them to 2k9 because EA's scale is much lower, few players are over 90. IMO, I like that because it separates the good players from the true superstars.

If you want to compare how they rated Danny:

Josh Smith - 79
Gerald Wallace - 79
Luol Deng - 79
Josh Howard - 80
Melo - 85
Tayshaun - 78
SJax - 77, Baby Al - 78, Monta - 80
Battier - 74
Rudy Gay - 79
Beasley - 78
RJ - 82
Jamal Crawford - 77
Durant - 80
Turkoglu - 79, Rashard Lewis - 82
Iggy - 83
B. Roy - 80
Kevin Martin - 81
Kirilenko - 81
Caron Butler - 83

The one that I don't agree with a little bit is Beasley's rating. I think he's a little too high for a rookie. If you compare Danny's rating to those, it seems a lot more fair. Plus, let's not forget that DNA will change everything once the season starts.

Jack and Dre Miller at 77? Nick Young at 64?

EA sucks.

EA sucks.

They've never been good with player rankings at all. At least the player DNA feature looks pretty cool.

There's a typo with McBob's rating. They put one too many 6's.

Yeah I get really upset when I look at the other teams ratings compared to ours on the game. We have one of the LOWEST ratings on the game and it drives me crazy.

I will tell you one thing though. Hibbert is unstobble on the game. He makes almost every little hook shot he takes and I only play on HOF. He never dunks though, so my friends get a little upset when he does because I stand up, pound my chest and YELL HIBBERT SLAM!

You are also right about the TJ comment. He is unstobble on the fast break. Just dont try to drive the hole with him. He gets blocked every time.

If you guys ever want to play add me to your friends list

I just want to say that this year it is not too difficult to beat tough teams with the Pacers on anything higher than starter.
