My son performed a song over the weekend (vocal) that I would like to get a good recording of him singing (cd).

How, where, and how much.

It would be him and a pianist

I believe it to be called "Tell my father" about a civil war soldier who is dying. This would only be for me and not sold or anything of the such (could it possibly be used as a demo someday???)

Geez, I wish I could help you. I have a cousin who does a lot of recording, but he lives in Wisconsin.

Geezer

You seem to have a lot of irons in the fire.

Yeah, I don't figure I have the time to play anymore so I'm using them to toast marshmallows.

Uh, no. He knows he is no rocker (exce3pt on keyboard)...a buddy of his whom everyone ohs and ah's over has auditioned a time or two and not gotten a call back once.

Jr. is more of a crooner...not upbeat enough for them.

oh, I shouldn't take him so literally, should I??

BTW....Geezer Jr. doesn't get this little pun. It's complete yiddish to him.
