How smart is it to open this thing right after the two resorts in town underwent and have completed major renovations (French Lick Resort and West Baden Springs Hotel)?

I'm not sure Larry has much legal grounds to stand on. Plus, it seems petty, doesn't it?

Would teach people to make sure to have something in writing, but doesn't oral agreements have legal precedence in Indiana?

Thinking Larry's not making nice with his hometown.

An oral agreement with Larry's advisers. That wouldn't stand up anywhere.
