First, let me say that it was a pleasure meeting Duke Dynamite and spending some time with him in Row 6. It was also nice to have a little conversation with Mal....Always good to get to know one another in the real world. I highly recommend it because it makes you better friends on the internet as well!

I have to say that I did not enjoy sitting in the lower bowl. This is the fourth game that I have attended in the last four or five years where I got to sit in the lower bowl. This is the first time it has been in the first six rows, so it was nice to get access to the tunnel, BLR, and Larry Bird. Those are the positives.

The negatives are that the people (aside from DD and his girlfriend and friend) are a little bit more uptight, and more vocal when you do something they don't like. The lady sitting behind us was complaining because we actually had the audacity to stand during HALFTIME. Her grandson couldn't see the lame dog/frisbee act...BOO FRICKITY HOO, LADY. She actually made physical contact with me numerous times to exert her opinion on what I was doing. If she hadn't had a kid in tow, she woulda got the wrath, plain and simple. It was everything I could do to just leave it alone and feign friendliness for the second half.

I go to watch the game, but I also go to take good photos. It is a hobby, as most of you know, and I enjoy it as much as watching the game. Especially this season, given the level of play of our team....It is next to impossible to get good photos even though you are closer to the action. There are just too many security personnel, ushers, camera crews, and assorted other people to get good lines of sight. VERY frustrating.

I will make a vow right this second. I will never sit in the lower bowl again. EVER. To make matters worse, the corporate connection I have for club level (Row ONE, mind you...) tickets never called, and nobody showed for the game. I got to see those four wonderful seats wasted for an entire game...I have already dished out the appropriate amount of crap to the people who matter regarding this...

On to the photos, what few good ones there are.....Incidentally, I normally shoot around 800-900 frames per game....I shot less than 400 at this game.

"I'm really going to miss this."

We were hoping that Donnie is going to take that big Pacers glass plaque thing and put it on his desk in his new office at Madison Square Garden...

I enjoy this view so much more when it ends in a drive to the hoop rather than a fade-away jumper.

I asked Zach if he had a sack he could sell me after the game. He wasn't amused....but told me to meet him on Delaware just south of the tracks...

He either didn't believe the call that just got made, or had a bad itch....

All I could think all night was "SPEEDBAG".

Getting ready to make a move... Take note, JO.

I can't argue with Harrison's effort. He was a madman when he was out there. I thought he was gonna kill Mal when he dove for the ball....Of course, I was loafing and just watching it instead of getting a couple shots of it...Sorry Mal!

I LOVE this shot!

Was wondering quite a bit why this guy couldn't get off the bench the last two months...or more....?? What gives, Jimmy?

Yes, that would be Mal obscuring my view of the Pacemates.....I've killed for less...

Meh. I wanted to at least put some comment here, for Arcadian's sake...

Another jump ball! I have no idea how Ike won it.

Yeah Danny, you're the man now. I hope you want to be, because you earned it, and most people love you for it. You're the best thing to happen to this franchise in a while. I hope you don't get bitter trying your butt off and not having much success. Hopefully it will come for you....and us.

A few PD'er shots...Dukie in the first two, Mal in the last one...

Of course, heywoode's photos are better. One of these days after I've sold as much crack as he did, I will be able to afford a camera as good as his.

Oh yeah, at each tip-off, we stand with the team until the we make our first bucket. I can feel for heywoode when I say the people behind us were snobs.

I always enjoy checkin out the photos you take of the games. I just wish I was creative enough to come up with the little captions.

ha, I actually saw Duke in the gift shop after the game, didn't know who he was, but I recognize him now, since I almost bumped into him

it amazes me how many people in the background aren't even watching the game. I know every time I watch a basketball game I watch the game for the full 48 minutes.

there are poeple looking everywhere all over the place.
