What do you guys think about picking up Booker? He got cut from the Dolfinas and could help out if Marvin goes down again. He is miles better than Moorehead and the two scrubs we brought in at the end of the year last year at the WR slot. Probably get him for cheap. Anyone??

He's a solid NFL player. Only reason he was cut is because he was overpaid. He'd be a great #3 WR or even a decent #2 for any team.

I don't think he'd come here to be a #4 reciever with a pass catching TE and RB as well.

He'd start the year behind (if healthy), Marvin, Reggie, and Anthony Gonzalez (I hope Gonzalez progesses this much). And then still taking away from him being a target would be Clark, and Addai ..... I just don't see anyone decent being willing to do that job unless they're ancient and looking for a ring.

Well you have to consider the Colts to be a serious contender next year........and Marty Booker would go from Cleo Lemon throwing him passes to Peyton. I don't see how he wouldn't want to go to Indy unless he was solely looking for a big paycheck, which could very possibly be the case.

We could sign Booker and beef up our D-line and O-line through the draft.
