The answer to everything is no, because we won't even get there.

Shouldn't you be posting your stuff over at Warriors Digest Since the only Pacers you like left?

We're mediocre, bad at times, but not horrible. A 30-35 win team.

If we work hard and improve we'll suck by the end of the season.

Sarcasm aside, we aren't a very good team. I don't see that changing anytime soon. I'm also not naive enough to think I know exactly how we should turn it around.

If, and these are huge ifs - no really they are impossibilities. But if JO were 100% healthy, if Tinsley was playing like he was in the month of December with a good attitude, and if Daniels was playing up to his capabilities - this current pacers team would be good enough to win 46 or 47 games.

But in our current state, the Pacers are a 33 win team that shouldn't be in the playoffs.

For the past few years, the Pacers were a team that underperformed because of bad chemistry.

Now they are a team whose main obstacle is lack of talent. I think they are doing a better jobs of playing up to their potential every night -- at three positions, anyway. This is as good as they're gonna get with this roster.

As UncleBuck says, the Pacers could be much better if a combination of things happened consitently. But that won't happen. The Pacers are at .432 because that is how good they are. And I like them better than the team we had a year ago.
