They finally released a picture of what the Joker looks like in the upcoming Batman movie.

I was already excited about seeing this movie, but after looking at some of the production pictures...I'm REALLY excited. This new series of Batman movies are really awesome. Can't wait.

I'm not a big action figure, superhero type guy but this film even brings a little interest to me.

Looks pale compared to the 1989 classic with Keaton & Nicholson...

I really hope that Nolan doesn't try to "camp up" the Joker like the way that Burton did in his version of the Joker.

I get the sense that Nolan....who appears to go with a more darker and serious tone in his movies...would portray the Joker more as a serial mass-murderer that has not boundaries.

That mass-murdering Joker does seem to come through in the trailers.

One thing I thought was interesting; apparently Ledger spent an entire month in a hotel room alone, trying to get in the "mood" of Joker. He read a lot of older comics and was attempting to get into the feel of a crazy, psychopathic killer. That's pretty intense
