Anyone on the board have about 7.5 million to spare? We could then renovate it and turn it into a museum of sorts. Or would that be too creepy?

It makes sense, he travels a lot of a sportscaster and he wants to downsize and have a smaller house here, besides he is probably in California for a good number of his time off.

I'm almost willing to bet that he hasn't really had much to do with that house since either his retirement or the completion of "Beautiful Ohio".

I've been to Ohio and let me tell you there isn't anything beautiful about Ohio.

If someone else can come up with the other 7.49 million I can cover the rest.

I fished in a tournament on Geist a couple years ago, and the guy I shared a boat with talked about how Reggie was known to a lot of guys who fish there regularly as super nice and friendly.

Said if you were trolling in the inlet that is beside the house or out in front, he would routinely walk down and talk to you while you fished, asking how it was going and such. I did have some pictures I took on my old phone. It goes without saying, but it's a really really nice house.

I can chip in $20. Put htat with Uncle Bucks 10K, and we're getting closer. Who's gonna chip in the rest of the $7.48998?

If you count Pizza Guy's family as individulals instead of an entity that makes 12 people who were at the last party. I don't know about Pizza Baby, but I don't have $625,000 eating a whole in my bank account.

That would be the same as saying, I've been to Gary, IN and there is nothing beautiful about Indiana. Not very acurate.

Beauty indeed, is in the eye of the beholder. The Marblehead area on Lake Erie is very beautiful and areas throughout the Ohio Valley are picturesque as well.

It's a nice home...I live about 10 minutes from it. But in all seriousness...if I had $7.5M for a home, I'd be on the next flight to LA for a meeting with a realtor out there not in Indy. Granted I wouldn't be able to get 20K sq. ft. out west but it'd be worth it.

They allow Lakers fans at Geist?

Lol... It's not even like that. I've been all over Ohio, out side of the lake views and out in the middle of the lake. There isn't anything beautiful about Ohio. The Major cities are dirty and ugly. Cincy is a mess, Cleveland is two steps from a mess. Just my opinion, but my opinion isn't based on one general area. Ohio isn't the worst place I've ever been, nothing can top the Oakland, Richmond, S.F Bayarea; Charles Barkley and I feel the exact same way on the area (Bayarea).

Might be why they didn't film it in OH.

OK, if it'll help I'll handle the deal and do it for only 1% rather than my usual 3.5% (I don't know what the listing agent split is but I'll cut mine to help y'all out)

Hmmmmm...as a realtor I could get an appointment to see that home. I'll betcha they have an application process just to qualify "lookers".

If Geezer was a real agent he'd talk him down 6.5 Million to lessen our splits

Yeah we could each chip in a little bit and turn it into a museum. And I've got another great idea. We could also host reggiemiller.com from there. Hmm....wait a minute......

That's fantastic.

Guy who used to be my immediate supervisor wanted me to list his $350,000 house. I lost the listing because his wife wanted to be able to say that Dick Richwine was handleing their home.

His "name" is practically branded for high end expensive homes.

Or for pizza deliveries that unexpectedly turn into much, much more when a distressed housewife who's home alone suddenly realizes she has no cash on hand.
