Lol, I just remembered this watching the game a second time last night when ESPN reaired it (yep I'm pretty much an insomniac)

When Doc Rivers went and rode on that nascar or whatever it was, afterwards he was asked how it was and Doc said, "That was the most fun I've ever had with clothes on"

WOW!!! that was the most sexually suggestive, HILLARIOUS comment I have ever heard on a NBA broadcast, or any broadcast in that situation! lol

did anyone else catch that?

Props to Doc for having the balls to say that on tv!

Doc seems like a very cool guy.

I also like Ronnies comment about JO...

He wasn't injured, he was just hurt.

Funny comment, but I think Doc is a horrible announcer, well he is entertaining in that John Madden sort of way.

Ya know? like "Well I think both teams need to go out there and complete passes and make first downs for them to win games. If they can't score touchdowns they need to make fieldgoals."

I think Boston's in trouble.

I enjoy Doc a great deal, I'll be sad that he is not going to be doing games next season.

In fact my alltime top three

Hubie Brown
Doug Collins
Doc Rivers

My all-time favorite is definitely Marv Albert. I can't help but giggle every time he yells, "And Shaq delivers a facial!"

My favourite is definitely the guy we have here in Toronto - Chuck Swirsky. He uses so much expression and gets so into the games its awesome.

As I have stated before, I don't care much for Doc as an anouncer. He just flat out misses plays at times. I'm not sure what game he is watching.

Anyway, I was really getting my fill of Doc and Brad last night. I prefer people talking about the game action, not getting off on wild tangents for 10 plays and not even noting when someone scores. That said, the highlight was definitely Doc's quote.

He didn't make that up... I've heard that several times before.

Usually from guys old enough to be my grandfather.

Actually Bill Walton is my favorite too. I think he is the greatest TV announcer in the history of western civilization. No doubt about it. Very entertaining fellow.

Boyle gets my vote.

And then there's Slick. "Atta boy Ronnie." "Way to go Austin." "Awww, come on Jamaal." "Turn out the lights .........."
