The chairman of a House subcommittee is requesting a meeting with NBA commissioner David Stern concerning the betting scandal involving former referee Tim Donaghy.

The chairman of a House subcommittee is requesting a meeting with NBA commissioner David Stern where he can pontificate on the ills of professional sport and gain fame and noteriety as the one who reigned in David Stern.

Or as Bill O'Reilly puts it....bloviating.
