The Rockets have five point guards under contract (not including Bob Sura, who is expected to retire.) But Fried said that if the team reshapes its roster through a trade, there could be a place for Francis in Houston.
Rockets general manager Daryl Morey declined to comment about any interest in signing Francis. He has said he is seeking a trade that would bring the Rockets a power forward

Would we want any of their guards. . .They got Alston, James and Snyder. Is Lucas any good?

Somewhere, Rick Carlisle is crying.

That's got to be his ultimate fantasy: an all-PG lineup.

Sadly, none of the five is better than Jamaal Tinsley...

I wouldn't mind getting Luther as a backup Guard option.

what I want to know is...who is the idiot in Houston sparking Francis talks?

If the Rockets bring Francis back...they will lose 1/2 of their fans...i've got money on it. It's too dayum hard to watch him dribble games away that they could win...

Luther was starting to find his stroke from 3 this past season, too...

Luther would start at shooting guard on this team.

I would love to have Chris Duhon and Luther Head as our starting backcourt next year.

alright, take it out back already.

:)

Triple, is the buzz in Houston seriously that they might be interested in bringing Franchise back??? I can't believe it, for the very reason you mentioned. Not an H-town favorite by any stretch.

A Houston PG just needs to pass to T-Mac and sometimes feed the post. Otherwise you're just a spot up SG waiting for an occassional touch.
