I think they have to take Conley unless they are either really dumb or they traded for another PG (JJack for example).

So they'll probably take Yi.

I think the Hawks take Wright and make a trade for a PG or draft Law at 11. I don't think they are that happy with Josh Smith and his antics and see Wright as a solid replacement for him. Smith on the market could get them a good PG.

They SHOULD go with Conley. They will go with Wright.

Brandin Wright.

You take whoever you think will be the best player. It's easily B-Wright over Conley. Not even close.

At 11 they can take Law or trade for a point guard. Portland would probably be willing to let Serigo or Jack go for that pick.

The atlanta hawks have selected Michael Conley Jr. The Alanta hawks have now traded their selection to the Portland Trailblazers.

ESPN:
{Altanta Hawks traded their 3rd round pick to the Portland Trailblazers for Zach Randolph and ???}

If Matt Millen can pick another WR instead of a QB, I guess Atlanta pass on a PG again and take another unproven, athletic wing without any proven skills.

I'm still gibing them Conley though.

Where's the "They'll trade the pick" option?

I voted for Yi so that way I wouldn't have to worry about the Bulls getting him.

Where's the "They'll trade the pick" option?

It's a mock draft board. You go with whom that team will take as if they have to make the pick.

i voted noah because they always seem to make bad picks that don't seem to work out for them so i thought they would stay the course.

The obvious choice for the Hawks this draft...and like the last couple of drafts...was to draft a PG....namely Conley.

But I'm gonna guess that the Hawks are going to so something stupid and draft YET another Frontcourt player ( cuz you can never have enough of them ) and wait til the 11th pick to draft Acie Law, Critterion or whatever PG creeps up in the polls.

If they keep the pick, they'd be stupid to take anybody but Conley. They've got 8 million forwards and no point guards.

Al Horford is the best player in the draft. They'd be foolish to pass up on him, regardless of their specific position needs.

I was thinking Horford possibly if Atl keeps the pick, but now I think Minnesota may trade up either way Conley goes three because of the pressure of passing him up. I will say I would take Horford over Wright. A number of boards still have Conley going to Atl at 11 but now that Minny traded James I don't see that happening.

Well, don't they already have Foye and McCants at the 1 and 2? I suppose they'll need another point, but Horford at 3 sounds good to me. The only problem is that Atlanta won't have a position to trade from, cause they'll NEED a point guard eventually. Unless they'll put together GS East.

Alright, votes are off. I predated this poll before we came to an conclusion when the end would be which is.............. now.

Brandan Wright to the Hawks

Getting Wright at 3 and Law at 11 will benefit the Hawks infinately than if they pick Conley 3rd and get Noah or some other non-PG at 11. Like, words can't even describe how much better the first option is.

Minnesota traded James because he wasn't getting along with KG and they wanted Foye to take over the starting PG spot.

Uhhh, no.

Oden and Durant are both busts. You heard it here first.
(I should mention that I still think Chris Bosh is a bust, so my opinions may not be valid)
