Tough one. I'll actually have to give this some thought.

Several good choices. I went with Mourning because I've already "pimped" Abel for another award ;) and I've been finding myself agreeing with Mourning very often for a long stretch now. :)

I went with Mourning myself - his willingness to discuss things on the politrics board was the key - though Rasko and rcarey also participate there.

I would have given serious consideration to voting for rcarey if he posted more.

Went with Mourning. Rcarey doesn't post enough any more for me to seriously consider him (Still my BFF, racrey!).

able already has gotten his recognition...my vote goes for Mourning. :)
thx 4 the nominations... :)

It was tough for me to vote because the list contains 2 guys who like me are from The Netherlands too, so I did the wisest thing and voted for our Belgian neighbour Raskolnikov.

I voted for able, but could easily have gone with Mourning.

In fact, I think this entire crop of posters is very, very solid.

Seriously.

I could say something politically incorrect about Belgians and... but, I won't ;).

I'm giving my vote to bellisimo, because I think he should atleast get one considering his contributions over the past year.

I like all the other contestants btw. Able is someone we all owe a lot too and is very outspoken about what he feels is right and what is wrong, which makes for spicey discussions (which I like).

Rcarey will always be one of my favorite posters. Truly a shame that he hardly posts here anymore. Lots of shared interest and opinion I dare say.

Rasky. A classy guy with wits and humour. Would like to know a little more about what direction he thinks the Pacers should be moving to.

The same for Belissimo. I would like a little more opinion from him too (though everybody is free to do so or not). Humour, wits and just a nice person (sometimes you don't need to "experience" that in-person to know this).

Class acts all around IMO.

I'm glad the Non-American fan part of the board has gotten better over the last 1+ year. And this goes beyond just the nominees, but also guys like Skyfire, Seed, PFII, #31, Apolloco, Tony Valente, GO!!!, etc. I hope we can further strengthen it.

Finally, thanks to everyone who voted for me. Positive appreciation is always nice to get. Internet messageboard or not ;).

Regards,

Mourning

Well, Mourning, I haven't been posting a lot on the Pacers forum this season because I barely watched 5 games. I do have some kind of opinion, but it's more based on things I read, impressions about players I already had or video highlights than on actual games, so I'm not very keen on sharing it.

For instance, I still like the GS trade. I don't want Tinsley as our starting point guard. It's time for Jermaine to be traded, preferably for an upgrade at guard. I wouldn't mind keeping Mike Dunleavy around. And our frontline should be Danny-Ike-David.

Btw, congratulations! ;)
