i know he's getting up there in age. But if not give us some needed scoring he could be a great mentor for guys like shawne and danny. Might as well give him a shot considering we are about to move JO.

How about Travis Best...or Haywoode Workman. Heck, let's dig up Vern Fleming. All those guys could help us at PG.

I'll always wonder what if the Magic went with Webber.

I'm saying tho heck. We do need backcourt scoring...he could be a go to guy. And he could come cheap...why not? Atleast give em a 10 day and see what hecan do.

well he had two try outs last season for the sonics and the lakers and neither felt the need to see any more. so maybe we're all wondering what you see that seattle and LA didn't.

look there are younger players out there that could provide the same production and probably better production for the same price. why go with an old (broken) vet when you could keep rawle who the door hasn't been closed on already career-wise?

OnlyPacersLeft

cause rawle sucks!
no i donno...

Penny was never much without Shaq. Granted injuries could have played a role in that, but we'll never really know.

He's too old now. I think that Rawle is probably a better player.

The only way Penny could help is in the advertising department. I'd love to see Lil Penny racing Boomer and Bowser. Good times. :2tup:

I think we should give Michael Jordan another chance. We need a shooting guard anyways...

Only if we can convince Oscar to be the other guard. Now THAT'S a backcourt!

We need a true 2-guard. How about J.R. Rider?
