View Full Version : Big Minutes for Marshall

Is this because of Danny's foul trouble, or a sign of things to come? He has played fairly well.

I like him, but he needs to work on his FT's. I can't beleive we almost blew this game.

First three letters of his name. He's not ready.

Raw, that was clever.

Rawle seems to be ready defensively. He just looks a bit lost and out of contorl on offense at times.

Granger looked pretty RAWle too. Now he looks like an all-star....IMO.

Rawle Marshall is raw, but very talented. He just needs more time on the court. He will start playing smarter with experience. Once that happens...and he lets the game come to him, he will be awesome IMO.

Rawle is playing because Marquis is out.

Yes. Quis is a more complete player right now.....but I am very pro-Rawle and believe he is more talented than Quis....and has a much higher ceiling. JMO.

When given some 3rd backup SG minutes ( between 10 to 15 minutes a game ), he may absolutely suck at making the 3pt shot...but Rawle seems to have a good knack for drawing fouls.

I would still want him to play behind both Marquis and DA at the Guard rotation....but depending on the given situation ( perhaps when we need some decent defense as opposed to offense )....I could see him playing ahead of Shawne in the SG/SF rotation.

If Marshall plays too much more, everybody will have a scouting report on him.

Then it will get interesting...

IOW, I wouldn't get too excited until he's playing consistently well for a number of games. He is, to his credit, taking advantage of his "under the radar status", but can he sustain it?

Just like S. Williams, who has pretty much played himself out of the rotation again.

Rawle needs to try to bulk up a lil bit... Even just to get to Rip status sp he can hang with the big boys longer. I like his fearless play. He's solid and has tons of potential.
