Indiana and Atlanta had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Atlanta: If I remember correctly in the Al deal they always wanted us to throw in Foster or Saras. So we give them both, and they get an experienced SG in Jack too.

Indiana: this would give us the shooting guard we need to really help us go deep in the playoffs and become an elite team in the east again. And he could easily be a first, second, or third scoring option. (but i don't know how good he'll fit in the system, he used to play for Pheonix though)
