Reminds me of how much i used to hate Best and Rose before they were the 2nd and 3rd best players on our team a few years later.

Very good segment on Bird as a coach.

2 things i love about reggie's shot at the end - rik smits' pre-celebration, and travis falling on his *** as the shot goes up :laugh:

This game is great...I love the NBC crew and the intro and outro music too!:D

Edit: I love Bob Costas...Collins is OK too but not necessarily commentator #3

End of third quarter; Pacers poised for a comeback due to the great play of Rik Smits??

Man, I just watched that game with almost the same emotion as when it happened. So much fun, I miss that team so much.

Oh, and what a coincidence that I wore my "Miller Moments" T-shirt about that game today.

I miss Reggie.

Any other night and I would have been home to record it with my DVR. Tonight was parent conferences.

I just signed up for the sports package (ESPN classic, ESPN news, ESPNU and about 5 other sport networks) on my cable and the first thing I see is this game......classic! It brings back great memories.....I made it to all 3 home games in that series.

::teared up::

I was watching that. What a great team we had.

Now I'm watching Dal vs. SA from last year's playoffs. I'm finally getting to focus on Marquis Daniels.

I have a new favorite memory from that game: Derrick McKey hitting a 3! :rockon:

The one where he got elbowed by Smits and trampled by Rodman?

That game reminded me of how good Jalen could play defense, when he wanted to.

The one where he got elbowed by Smits and trampled by Rodman?

Yes, except I don't think Rodman ever actually touched him.
