It's looking like this, to me:

First team:
PG Jamaal Tinsley
SG Stephen Jackson
SF Danny Granger
PF Al Harrington
C Jermaine O'Neal

Second team:
G Sarunas Jasikevicius
G Marquis Daniels
G/F James White
F/C Jeff Foster
C David Harrison

End of the bench:
F Shawne Williams
PG Darrell Armstrong
PG Orien Greene

Honestly, I think this is a pretty good outfit. There is at least *some* outside shooting on both the first (Tinsley, Jackson, Granger) and second (Saras, White) units, but in practice you probably pretty much always have either Jackson or Granger in the game.

I hope Jack is working on the three-ball this offseason.

Some outside shooting... but still one pure shooter short! IMO

Going into a season like this ... whos the clutch player .... whos going to consistantly knock down from a spot on the floor ... oh how i wish reggie was still here!

Having said that the versitility and depth is very good. The starters would be 6'3 in tinsley then all 6'8 and above!

Give me one more true shooter and switch Quis with Jax and im happy!

Question is where does that shooting come from ... ild like to say get rid of Jax but hes one of our best shooters (despite inconsitancy) i just cant see a trade that w9ould strengthen our shooting to allow enough outside shooting to stretch a Defence :S ...!

I've made a few corrections in the backcourt:

First team:
PG Sarunas Jasikevicius
SG Marquis Daniels
SF Danny Granger
PF Al Harrington
C Jermaine O'Neal

Second team:
G Jamaal Tinsley
G Stephen Jackson
G/F James White
F/C Jeff Foster
C David Harrison

End of the bench:
F Shawne Williams
PG Darrell Armstrong
PG Orien Greene

Saras will provide us, besides dishing out 10+ assists, with outside shooting and clutch plays. He's born for it!

If Sarunas averaged 10+ assists this season. I would never post on an internet message board again. Hell Id never speak again I would be so stunned. The guy can't defend a lamp post and until that happens he has no reason to be in the starting 5.

Starting Lineup / 2nd unit / 9-man rotation ( not including White )

PG - Tinsley (28-30mpg) / Sarunas (18-20mpg)
SG - SJax (16mpg) / Marquis (28-30mpg) / White (2-4mpg)
SF - Granger (28-30mpg) / SJax (12-14mpg) / Harrington (6mpg)
PF - Harrington (22-24mpg) / Foster (14-16mpg) / JONeal (8mpg)
C - JONeal (20-22mpg) / Harrison (18-20mpg) / Foster (8mpg)

- 1st Big Man off the bench for PF/C will be Foster
- SJax will start at the SG position but split time at the SF spots backing up Granger
- Marquis will be the 6th Man off the bench, play all of his minutes as the primary backup SG and will primarily be the paired up with Granger and SJax at the SF spot
- If Tinsley, SJax, Granger, Harrington, JONeal and Marquis are limited to 28-30 minutes a game; then we can work out a 9 man rotation where the remaining backup players play at least 18-20 minutes.

The only problem is that because we have a logjam at the SG/SF position with SJax, Daniels and Granger...its very difficult to find minutes for White...much less Shawne.
----------------------------------------------------------
Admiittedly...if we keep SJax....we really have a really solid 9-man rotation...assuming that JONeal, Foster and Tinsley are healthy. But I still think that we need more a Wide-Bodied Center to help with the rebound. Harrison can only play so long before he fouls out.

You really want to have our starting backcourt be Sarunas Jasikevicius and Marquis Daniels?

NBA Draft Lottery, here we come...
