View Full Version : Links (Fundamentals) gets a much needed update
07-10-2006, 01:25 AM
For months I'd tried to do this, but only tonight did I actually get around to finishing.
The links section is finally updated. It now fits the default template of PD, it has a simpler design than before, and everything is now alphabetized. Broken links have been removed and/or replaced with up-to-date ones.

I'm glad I have at least 4 people who appreciate the (probably too much) time I put into those pages.

That looks great, Hicks.
So, if we happen to stumble across a good NBA message board for another team that doesn't currently appear on the list, should we send that to you or post it in this thread?
EDIT: The reason I ask: my favourite Raptors board = www.raptorschat.ca
EDIT2: May I suggest something like a "Wallpapers" section? I think we have some real talented people on here who have made, and can make some real great looking Pacers wallpapers and other images with their photoshop abilities. It could be a cool idea.

Sure, I welcome new additions to the links. Best way is to PM me, but since this thread is current, I'll be checking here for a little while too.
It's been added. :)
As for wallpapers, I think there was one at one time, or at least it was in the works. Let me check.
Hey, as it turns out, it got started (I think by Able), but I never helped to get it going:

I still have jrm7one's link to his site:

All right, I've added the link to the Wallpaper section to the drop-down menu.
By the way, I set to work weeks ago on updating the Gallery as well, but it takes forever, and so it's still sitting there unfinished. For now, it's simply more comprehensive than the old one; doesn't really have the new guys like Danny. I'd need people to submit pics for me to do that.
I wasn't planning to reveal it until it was finished, but since we're talking about this stuff:
Nothing fancy, obviously, but it's just a lot easier to manage this way (or at least once it's finished it should be).

Did I just see, "Arcade (Coming Soon)", that's kickass. Just don't crash the board.....

Yeah, the site where I can grab the latest files for either myself, or more likely able to install when he can, is currently down, but when it comes back up, I'll grab them and we'll go from there.
