Guys,

I'm going to write an article featuring some trades that you guys think the Pacers (http://www3.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=522448#) and other teams might go for (Obviously all trades must involve Indiana).

If you would be so kind as to post in here deals that you've checked through the Trade Checker, I may include your deal in my next column.

I'm looking for 5-7 deals, so send them at me...

Thanks guys, and remember NBA (http://www3.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=522448#) executives do read some of this stuff, so maybe they'll catch one of your ideas. Credit will be given...

i haven't run these through the trade checker, but i'm almost positive they would fly. here are 10 realistic trades i wouldn't mind seeing.

1.) foster for hassell

2.) jax, aj, and 17th pick for swift, mutumbo (filler), and 9th pick. buyout mutumbo's last year and he can go back to houston.

3.) aj, harrison, and 2nd rounder for josh childress

4.) foster and 2nd rounder for marquis daniels

5.) foster & aj for bonzi wells S&T

6.) sarunas & 2nd rounder for chris mihm

7.) AJ for dorell wright & kopono (filler). Buyout kopono.

8.) AJ for Aaron Mckie and the Lakers late 1st rounder. Package the 1st rounder with Jax to GS for Pietrus and Carbaka. Buyout Mckie.

9.) Jax, AJ, and 2nd rounder for PJ Brown and one of their 1st rounders.

10) Jax for Swift straightup

Purdue's #5 below hasn't a chance of happening. The Pacer's won't be trading for known trouble makers. If you include trades like that one in your article you will lose credibility quickly.

Post on Bonzi.

I also don't look for them to trade one of our bigs for a smaller player.

EDIT; It appears I'm telling you what they won't do. I'll see if I can come up with some trades like you wanted.

I looked around for over an hour, but the only trades I could come up with that are plausible are already out there. (Jax to Den. or Chi.)

Looking at Tinsley, I don't see him being moved unless he's part of a bigger trade. The size of his contract and the injury factor are huge.

Hell, I don't even expect that many trades.....

There should be some, but you know, we'll probably just do some crap trade.

I'm still looking, but haven't found anything I really like. These two would work.

Cleveland is in need of a point guard, so how about Tinsley for Cleveland's resigned Drew Gooden. This is a trade to just get something for Tinsley.

The following trade is based on the rumor that Milwaukee wants to trade Magloire and Mo Williams. This works via RealGM. Stephen Jackson, and Jeff Foster, for Jamaal Magloire, and Maurice Williams.

Both trades are in the Pacers division so not probable. And I would want to get rid of Tinsley before getting Williams.

Clevelands not gonna give up their third best player and best big man for Tins...next.
