Wow, I had no idea that JO was rich beyond belief. I can't believe he has an Xbox 360 AND a plasma TV to play it on. What a lucky guy. And did you see that car in the driveway? I bet it cost him at least $25,000. It's WAAAAYYY nicer than my Ford Focus. You'd think that a guy that rich would open his own dance club in Broad Ripple or something!

The next thing you know he will be dressing fancy and scoring kudos for his taste in clothing.

25,000? :lmao: Try multiplying that by 5 and you'll be closer.

I liked the one about the rookie hazing and where they kick them off the bus 8 blocks away and they have to reach the hotel before the bus does or sleep in the lobby.

As obvious as I thought this was, I guess I should have used my tags eh?

How scary would it be to be strolling downtown and see David Harrison barrelling down the street in your general direction?

Well, I will tell you this: My colleague at work is an M.D. and is a neighbor of J.O. She told me that she has seen him out mowing his yard on several occassions. So in that respect at least, he's still a regular guy.

Aren't you supossed to only lift weights like every other day so your muscles get some rest? J.O. said he does them every day. You think that has anything to do with his injuries? And the 2 cakes a month....lol.

J.O. Loves Cake!

He always seemed like more of a hip-hop kind of guy to me.

I posted this just for discussion sake. I was not referring to him being greedy, spoiled, and stuck up. I thought it interesting to share it with everyone.

If I made $15mil/year, you'd better believe I'd have a nice house.

I found it interesting that Jermaine claimed the team spent more time together off the court than most NBA teams. When was this filmed?

In short, no.

When people actually involve themselves in resistance training, you develop splits. There are multiple types, like 2 day, 3day, 4day, and so forth.

Here would be an example of a 5 day split:
Monday you go in and do chest and tricep workouts because the lifts to work one of them, uses the other as a secondary muscle. They go together.

Tuesday you work back, shoulders, and biceps for the same reasons as above.

Wednesday you rest.

Thursday you'd do leg extension (mostly quads/glutes)

Friday you would do leg flexor (hamstrings/calves)

You'd work abs in there periodically as well, but they should be at the end of any workout, and it really doesn't matter what workout they should follow.

Some lifters would take off the weekend, but in order to really do a 5 day split Monday would turn into Sat., Tues. into Sun., and so forth.

Like I've said numerous times. Lifting isn't just going in and picking a machine, sitting down, lifting, and going to the next. It's actually quite a bit more complicated than that.
