That gets you Francis and a new perimeter defender(Hassel, he's very good at it. He gave Peja fits when we played the wolves). Nate Robinson isn't bad either. You get to get rid of TINsley and Jacko too! What's not to love!?

NYK gets a great deal IMO. It's bad contracts for bad contracts but those players are less problematic...

Minny gets some more scoring around KG. Starbury/Mccants/Jacko/KG would get them back to the playoffs.

Indiana signs Lorenzen Wright with part of the MLE...

after that:

IMO you should S&T Peja and let Granger start. Granger's already a good player and you don't need Peja.

I'd want David Lee instead of Nate probably, maybe both. :) I see Lee becoming a very solid backup at power forward, something we would need with Cro gone.

I'm not especially thrilled with where the center situation is left either.

That's too much risk for the Pacers. I'm all for acquiring Steve Francis, but it has to be at a cost of our knuckleheads and expiring contracts.

Also, I'm not sure Minnesota would do this trade. Swapping Davis for Jackson is a wash. Marbury has negative value currently. That makes the trade Lee and a 1st for T-Hud and Hassell. Not a horrible trade, but not great either, considering it cripples them financially for the next 3 seasons.
