If by some chance in hell we slide past the Sixers, who would the Pacers allow to be the representative at the draft lottery? I think it would speak volumes on who has a vote of confidence on the personnel decisions for next year, namely JO.

Oh this could be a fun topic! :D

Wanna bet Elgin Baylor is happy as heck that he doesn't have to be dragged to ANOTHER lottery this season? ;)

I think Scot Pollard should represent the Pacers. He would make it interesting I'm sure. LOL!

Larry Bird is too proud to be up on that stage, and so is Donnie Walsh... Maybe the new coach?
Chuck Person?
Mel Daniels?

It should be Bird as punishment.

Actually, I think Mark Boyle would be nice

Isn't Slick the obvious choice

If he can slim down I say we send Bowser. If not I guess we'll have to send Boomer. As far as I'm concerned none of the players should go.

I'd agree with this or I would be fine with Walsh sitting in the chair.

I'd be fine with Slick, but I think Danny's the obvious choice.

Doesn't matter. We won't fall into the lottery.

On the contrary, I believe most of the players should go. ;)

To me Boomer is ten times more of a fan than Bowser...

That's because whoever is in charge isn't giving Bowser the minutes he deserves. He should be the starting mascot!

Yeah I think Danny is a pretty good pick... A guy who lots of teams in the lotto missed on last year.

Speaking of lottery, here is some draft trivia for you all - who was the last player that was picked by the Indiana Pacers in the lottery?

You're obviously a biased dog-fan. Don't you remember how Boomer has gotten us through pretty much every major playoff series. I don't think we have won a single playoff series without Boomer!

Cro with our own pick, or JB with Toronto's.

Yeah, except for that series he missed with his "broken ankle". As if, we all know he OD'd on catnip. :loser2:

I was thinking more along the terms of Croshere since JB was with Toronto's pick...

Who was the first lottery pick? It was in 84 and the pick almost immediately after Ewing... it wasn't Clark Kellogg was it?

I thought that was when he blew out his knee. We need to get rid that injury prone fur ball!

Lets send that chick with the pom-poms who dances in section 1. Just imagine her reaction if we somehow won.

A trainer, so that he can begin addressing our pick's inevitable injury woes right then and there.

I don't think they could show that on broadcast television.

I predict we will have 2 lottery picks - ours and the one we trade JO for - so he is out. I would say that the only player who has given maximum effort all year is Foster so I would vote for him.
