Moving the ball around real well.

But why does Anthony Johnson always suck when Tinsley is able to play? Its amazing when Tins is out the guy plays like a very good PG, when Tins comes back they guy plays horrible.

This is REAL fun basketball to watch! Props to the coaching staff for designing some of these plays thus far...and Foster is the one benefitting!

The Raptors commentators are absolutely drooling over Foster right now. Our lead guy, Chuck Swirsky, is making a proposal to Jerry Colangelo to somehow trade for Foster next year . He has really been good thus far, though. Excellent activity all over the court.

One thing - Jackson...please box out and stop letting Bonner get easy layups on the offensive glass.

Oh, trust me - when Chuck Swirsky annointed Matt with the nick "Red Rocket" everyone was giving him a hard time. Chuck was constantly questioned, but he kept saying "We're sticking with it!".

Finally, Chuck asked Bonner if it was okay to call him that, and Bonner embraced the name...so maybe that is what needs to be discussed! I believe Bonner is even introduced (when he is in the starting lineup) as "The Reddddd Rocket!!!"

My greatest fear at this point is that we move away from all the ball movement we've seen thus far in an effort to "maintain the lead"...

Just keep the ball movement going! Keep the cuts going! Oh...and someone else box out their man aside from Foster.

And by the time of the fourth QTR, the opposing team will be down by 5 or less and we will then proceed to go on a looong scoring drought.....

Anthony Johnson is a ball hog

He is! Not a bad thing, but i just dont think its smart thing to do as a Backup PG who never was good in his life and when you have some of the best shooters in the NBA playing for you...

AJ has 10 points and 6 assists. How the hell is he a ballhog?? Man, sometimes you just make no sense. Hes only takin 8 attempts.

Maybe you should wait until he has the whole team back. The Pacers are a one-dimensional jump shooting team without JO. And let's not forget that Freddie and Pollard were out for this game too.

03-12-2006, 08:28 PM
I knew the last play would be a Jack or AJ iso.

Why can't we try to find an open shot for someone? Had 8 seconds.

J_2_Da_IzzO
03-12-2006, 08:29 PM
In all honesty I would rather have gone to Peja, Jax, Saranus, Tinsley & Granger ahead of AJ for the shot. And I think AJ has been doing great for us but if we can see he shouldnt get the last shot of quarters let alone close games in 4th why cant Rick?

I'm finished with this team for right now, i cant bear watching
anymore of these meltdowns and close games that you know
we're gonna end up losing (minus the miracle in philly).
I'm just gonna wait for the playoffs and save my frustration for a
best of 7 series instead of 3 nights a week.
P.S. Rick Carlisle is an awful coach i dont care what anyone says, and
this team will never be anything as long as Hobgoblin Johnson and
Stephen Jackson are on it.

317Kim
03-12-2006, 08:35 PM
AJ's hand got hit on that last shot. It was a bad shot.

Having the ball bounce off of Peja's foot was a bad TO.

ONCE AGAIN! A DOUBLE DIGIT LEAD EVAPORATES AND WE LOSE. Woopty freakin doo.

Fireball Kid
03-12-2006, 08:35 PM
This team is so limited to scoring options, we really dont have much choice. AJ gets the last shot with an iso play. Man Rick, I know you could have came up with something better than that.

But you know, losses like these dont really bother me that much. Were without our best player, our starting center, and our 6th man off the bench.

317Kim
03-12-2006, 08:36 PM
