Ok I've been on my diet for 3 weeks now. I've followed it well (with the exception of maybe 2 days) I've lost about 5 pounds so far. I'm kinda frustrated because I feel like I should have lost more. I'd like to lose 20 before Summer so really I still have a couple months to lose about 15 pounds. I think it can still happen. :pray:

Been exercising 5 days a week (3 days strength training 2 days treadmill) I have a couple questions.

1 I've been taking omega3 is that good?

2. I bought some Lean Balance dietary supplement (haven't started taking any yet) is that also good? It's supposed to enhance your body's fat burning ability?
