Well, technicaly it's Scot...just read this:

Chat With Peja Stojakovic Via Interpreter Scot Pollard

http://www.nba.com/media/nbav2/blank.gif http://www.nba.com/media/pacers/peja_330_pollard.jpgScot Pollard and Peja Stojakovic, close friends during their five seasons together in Sacramento (from 1998-2003) have been reunited as teammates in Indiana. Pollard, of course, is the veteran center with the ever-changing hairstyles and Mitch Hedbergian wit. And, as he's shown lately, he can still play a little too. Stojakovic, who joined the Pacers on Jan. 25 in the trade that sent Ron Artest to Sacramento, is a native of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, who also has Greek citizenship. Though Stojakovic is actually very well-spoken, Pollard has determined that he should fill the role of interpreter.
Got a question for Peja via Scot? Or even just a question for Scot himself? Submit it now and check back on Tuesday at 2:30 ET to chat live.

Scot Pollard: Peja says he feels very good. He is especially happy because he is the best-looking player on the team. Personally, I'm happy to be reunited with the best-loooking man in the NBA and I will continue to try and pull down as many rebounds as possible.
For some reason this made me crack up. Not because of the best looking man part, but because he says he's going to try and pull down as many rebounds as possible. It was just random. Overall, a pretty funny interview.

They really had nothing to say, did they?

Maybe that was why it was still pretty funny.

That must have been the best part. HORSE and DONKEY...that and having Scot translate "I feel good.." for Peja.

Now, for the conspiricy theorist in me, I noticed that Peja mentioned, entirly unsolicited, that he likes Chicago because of all the Serbs and Miami because of all the sun. Now, those are two of his most likely free-agent destinations if he leaves Indiana. Why would he say that in reference to a question about how much he likes playing in Indiana?

I think he may have misinterpreted the "What city is more fun off the court?" question.

At least I hope so.

You aren't the only one who's Indiana roots weren't flattered by that answer... Hopefully indytoad is right in Peja's misinterpretation of the question.

It certainly worried me.

When is pollard a free agent? Seems like having Pollard here will help our case with Peja, I would imagine having Sarunas should help too.

We should get that MAcjiauskas guy just to try to keep Peja here. Not only does Peja being here help our team out a lot, it REALLY seems to motivate Pollard. He openly admitted to it basically. Pollard seems to only be productive when he is having FUN. I am absolutely loving how Pollard has been playing lately.
