Just want to know it's possible or not...
There are also have some good potential player in D-league

Yeah it's possible as long as the player's rights are not owned by another NBA.

Example: The Timberwolves have Bracey Wright's rights so only they can call him up to play in the NBA. But with a player like Matt Walsh, no one has his rights so any team can sign him to call him up to play in the NBA.

As a Georgia Tech fan I was surprised no team took a chance on Bynum. The guy is a boom or bust type of guy who will either drop 20 points and 10 assists or wont do ****. If nobody has him I don't understand why the Pacers don't pick him up for now, He's definitely a more serviceable PG/SG then Eddie Gill.
