KG is going to kill Cro

If he does that we have a top 20 defender comeing off the bench we can throw at him.

Pacers should play A+ game, and Wolves C-, in order for Pacers to get a W today.

How long is JO supposed to be out?

And I think KG will overwhelm Croshere downlow. It will be a tough one. The Twolves have been pretty bad this year though so I guess we will wait and see.

01-20-2006, 08:50 PM
I don't think the Wolves are as good as you guys think. KG is a stud but he's no Tim Duncan and can't take control of the game. If we get to a good start we should be able to steal this one.

I really don't understand why he can't be the P.G. when Tinsley isn't playing.

Rick would probably rather have Gill play P.G. before Sarunas.

Jermaniac
01-20-2006, 09:25 PM
Rick Carlisle going back to his retarded lineups he sees it doesnt work but he is hard headed ohh well. Back to sucking we go.

Why is it, that no matter what team we have starting the game, that we can never ever get off to a good start. We are always playing catch up...and it doesn't even matter who we are playing

GetOdom
01-20-2006, 09:36 PM
This team is pathetic.

Does Jermaine still have "pneumonia"? (a.k.a. He's injured and out 4-6)

J_2_Da_IzzO

No he came back from that against Chicago but sprained his ankle.

I don't know how I missed that...I've watched every game...any word on how long he'll be out?

Pacersin6
01-20-2006, 09:42 PM
I still think when we get all our pieces back we will still be a decent team....granted...thats predicated on our team having healthy players for more than one day

Jermaniac
01-20-2006, 09:43 PM
He was shooting around today, he might play tomorrow.

I would guarantee we would have a decent team with everyone back and the Artest trade sorted. But our players dont stay healthy. Jermaine fights everything to play, unless hes really hurt he will play.

I agree...I mean, no one is doubting we'll make the playoffs...but the diff. between the college and NBA game is that the winner in the NBA is nearly pre-determined...

J_2_Da_IzzO
01-20-2006, 09:48 PM
We usually start off games rebounding very poorly and shooting a decent percentage. This game seems the other way round.

J_2_Da_IzzO

I dont understand why we cant shoot free throws.

Why does he keep letting this bum take the last shot of the qtr. HE NEVER MAKES IT. Might as well let Minny get the ball and finish the qtr.

NorCal_Pacerfan
01-20-2006, 10:07 PM
Well, we're off to a crappy start and a nice hole to look out of at half-time! What else is new in Pacersville? Since we are on a nice little trend of W L W L W L W, it would appear that we are headed for a L tonight and a W tomorrow. Oh Joy.

N8R
01-20-2006, 10:09 PM
I don't know if anyone is watching the Spurs vs Heat Game but Dwayne just got a technical because he made the motion that he was going to throw the ball at the ref.

Wade's right leg (Which is already hurt and has padding around it) hit the knee of Nesterovic and he thought it was a foul but he motioned as if he was going to throw the ball at the ref but then held it in and he recieved a much deserved Tech for it.

NorCal_Pacerfan

Hey! Harrison might have something in common with Shaq! He can't hit a free shot! Hack a Harrison!

Watching the cbs ticker, what did Jeff do to warrant a flagrant 2 foul?

Jermaniac
01-20-2006, 10:46 PM
Jeff Foster is the only person that could miss a lay up that damn easy. He makes that and we are down 9 at the end of the 3rd. Damn it Jeff dunk that crap.

NorCal_Pacerfan
01-20-2006, 10:52 PM
We're 3 of 12 from the 3 line. Wolves are 0 - 3. I still think we often take too many threes.

J_2_Da_IzzO
01-20-2006, 10:54 PM
Often? I think we ALWAYS take to many threes. I dont know how many games there have been this season where the opposing team has attempted more then us but it wont be many if not any.

indypacerfan54
01-20-2006, 10:54 PM
they are killing us from mid range and out side this half.

01-20-2006, 10:54 PM
Hey! Harrison might have something in common with Shaq! He can't hit a free shot! Hack a Harrison!

Good idea, but I think that "hack a Hulk" has a much better ring to it. Or better yet, he could just learn to shoot free throws and we won't have to come up with a clever name at all!

J_2_Da_IzzO
01-20-2006, 10:55 PM
We need to come back and Rick decides to put an obviously uncomfortable Tinsley.

Put Saranus in you dumb ****.

Lord Helmet
01-20-2006, 11:01 PM
Jeez. This game's over.

We have had too many turnovers and we can't shoot consistantly, and also the Wolves have a mismatch which at seems every position.

NorCal_Pacerfan
01-20-2006, 11:04 PM
Yup - OVER this game is. What the HELL is Tinsley doing in there in the fourth quarter? (his first game back!)

J_2_Da_IzzO

12-21 free throw line.
3-12 three point range.

Nice.

J_2_Da_IzzO
01-20-2006, 11:05 PM
I dont think Rick wants to win this game. How can you leave Tins in in the 4th when hes just getting back from a long layoff and obviously not shooting well or passing well.

Lord Helmet
01-20-2006, 11:21 PM
Yup - OVER this game is. What the HELL is Tinsley doing in there in the fourth quarter? (his first game back!)
Yeah it was over, they played hard and made you think they might come back, but in the end "almost" doesn't get a W.

I'm sorry if I sound toadish, it's just that we had a chance to capitalize and get some space over Cleveland.

Plus with the Colts loss and the Pacers winning one, then losing one, doesn't make me a happy Lord Helmet.

01-20-2006, 11:24 PM
I can't believe you still have that sig, Helmet...it makes me want to puke. (No offense)

I threw all my Colts **** in a corner by the furnace, just like last year...I can't even look at a horseshoe right now...

Yeah, well I don't want to look like a bandwagon......

I'll take it down soon, though. And, don't worry none taken.

Jeez, I hate it when the Pacers and/or Colts keep prolonging games when they are over.

Just like the Colts, the Pacers will make you think they are coming back and then get a bunch of breaks and still not convert.

I'm just so sick of losing. Win one, lose one, win one, lose one.......jeez.

But I am proud of them.

It would have been nice if Minnesota had missed one or two free throws in the fourth. That was a very impressive effort, however.

Why did we bring tins back so soon? If we waited this long why rush it and have it get injuried again. I am really getting sick of the way out ATs and sports med staff are handling the injuries.

Frank Slade

I hope we play the WHOLE first quarter tommorrow night, we cant keep falling behind by double figures every time. Climbing uphill all night is hard..especially if the other team is outrebounding us and shooting a fairly high percentage..its just frustarating.
:boomer: JO PLEASE SAY YOU'LL PLAY TOMMORROW!!!

Jeez, I hate it when the Pacers and/or Colts keep prolonging games when they are over.

Don't take it down on my account!

It isn't bandwagoning, it is throwing a hissy fit that they stunk it up again....at least that is the way I look at it!
