I went over and browsed today. Most of the players... I don't know.

I was surprised to see Marcus Fizer in the D-League. I knew he had some issues, but man. Anyway, he looks like he is performing pretty well.

I also saw George Leach from Indiana on a roster! I'd forgotten all about that guy. Anyway, he isn't looking too impressive statistically.

Bracey had a good stint down there. I really wish the NBA teams would start using this a little more. I'd love to see some of the really young and inexperienced players get some PT and show what they can do.

Do they ever televise the games? It is doubtful that I would ever watch, but more curious than anything else.

I do follow it a bit, mostly to see the progress of forgotten once-great college players. But, teams seem to be catching on a bit. Portland made a great decision by sending Monia down. I think that players will start being brought over from Europe early to get them accustomed to the North American pro game, as they do in hockey. On a side note, has anyone noticed that Vonteego Cummings is playing in the D-League? Even the most ardent Foster haters have to agree that we got the better end of that deal.

NBATV does. 601 on your DirectTv, some cable companies carry it, a lot do not.

To piggy back on this post a bit...thats why I really like the NBDL..I love seeing these former college stars out there..and its pretty good basketball. Great point about sending the Euros down there. This is what Darko needed(needs?)

Regarding Vonteego...I think this is the one time I've ever been wrong..wait..no...maybe there were more times...no, no I'm sure of it..this was the only time. I thought it was a ridiculous move to get rid of Cummings as he was one of my faves coming out of college.

Hasn't John Lucas been called up by the Rockets?

I'm stunned Fizer has been called up yet, he is playing good basketball down there.
