Team/maximum number of wins possible/record need to get to 60:

:pacers: 62 (5-2)
:kings: 60 (8-0)

Remaining schedules:

:pacers:

2ND :raptors:
4TH @ :pistons:
6TH :knicks:
7TH @ :raptors:
9TH :nets:
12TH @ :sixers:
14TH :bulls:

:kings:

1ST @ :mavericks:
4TH @ :rockets:
6TH :hornets:
8TH :timberwolves:
9TH @ :suns:
11TH :lakers:
12TH @ :nuggets:
14TH @ :warriors:

Personally, I see a 5-2 finish for the Pacers, and a 4-4 finish for the Kings. I predict Sacto will finish with the #3 seed, and the Lakers will lock up #1. :o

Yup, Pacers/Lakers will both be #1 seeds again. :o

Possibly an omen for the 2000 Finals rematch...I can hear it now:

BTW, Pacers will finish 7-0.
BTW, unless I'm mistaken, the Rockets will be meeting the Pacers in the Finals, not the Lakers.

I expect the Lakers to pass the Kings.

I expect the lakers to lose one game, which will give them 24 losses, 58 wins.

So Pacers will need 59 wins to get HCA all the way through.

I dont know about the Kings going 4-4. They will take the Suns, Hornets, Warriors and Nuggets easy. They should beat the Mavs and Rockets but I would go 50-50 and 50-50 against the Lakers and T-Wolves. So I am thinking 6-2.

For the Kings, the run has come to an end. It's up to the Pacers, and only the Pacers, to cross the finish line now.
