After Walsh's comments about adding AJ to the package, and after reading the rumor from the guy at hoopsforlife, this is a 3-way with the Lakers & Toronto, that satisfies everyone, I think.

Tinsley/Saras/Gill
Jack/Freddie
George/Granger
Odom/Croshere
ONeal/Foster/Harrison

Back in contention.

Toronto get rid of Rose and his lucrative contract for 3 players that can play now, and won't have a problem playing in Toronto.

The Lakers get 2 all-star calliber players in Artest and Rose (which is what they wanted according to the rumors), but give up Odom, George & Slava. They still have Kwame & Bynum as bigs, and Cook, Smush, and the rest as complements to Kobe, and now Artest & Rose.

Seems fair all around.

Rose/Parker
Kobe/Vujacic
Ron/George
Cook/Walton
Mihm/Brown

interesting...dunno whether Rose or Smush would start but I wonder what the zen master could do with that roster. Odom isn't Pippen, but Ron sure as hell isn't either.
