Maybe DW can just keep Ron on the inactive list for a couple of months. Let things die down a bit and then trade him come Feb.

Cant.

The most a NBA team could get away with is maybe 3 games (some will disagree with me, maybe say 5-10 games) but after that the players union would go ape **** over it.

The NBA is not the NFL. You cant just suspend a player because you feel like it. If he is healthy and willing to play you cant just put him on the "inactive" list.

Right although starting today , when Ron misses the next three games, the fourth game is not until , 12-21-05. 10 days from today.

So perhaps something arises by then, if not??...

You know, I really expected Donnie to look hardcore pissed, for some reason. I just wanted him to get crazy, smash a camera maybe.

You can put him on the inactive list as long as you want. It's not the "injured" list anymore, you don't need a reason.

However, he still has to be allowed into the locker room and to use facilities, unless they suspends him, which WOULD get challenged by the players' union.
