Improve from last year? I will say Darko. We know Bender is good when he's not injured and he's not going to improve much from that. Same for Brown when he's motivated. Thus Bender and Brown are known qualities. Darko will get time this year and thus actually improve more than the other two.

Now if you would have asked who would have the best stats at the end of the year . . . or who would be reconized as the best player . . .

I'd go with James Jones. The Suns have some injuries that will probably provide JJ with significantly more minutes that he got with the Pacers. And his production will almost certainly put him in the running for MIP.

But my wish is for Bender to get it. Even as much as I dog him, if he earns MIP then the Pacers will probably have one hell of a year.

I'm not sure who to vote for, but I do know who not to vote for. Number one: Darko. No surprise there. I already said what he has to do to impress me. Number two: Kwame. After watching him play Primoz last night I'd say there's no way he's improving unless Phil rams a cattle prod somewhere.

That leaves Johnny and Johnny. But how can the Veep truly improve when he's already schooled Andrew Bogut? So if I was going to take the time to vote I'd vote for Bender, but for once it seems he already has a significant amount of people on his side. :jawdrop:
