This is kind of a wild question, but what the hell.

Say you knew you female who you work with, and youall were chill on the real.

Say you were chill on the cut, then MOnday when you were giving her a hard time for coming in late to work and "what she was doing" she replies "No, I wasnt going anything, but I would have liked to have been". *5 second pause* Did you hear me "I said no, I wasnt going anything, but I would have liked to have been".

Then you asked her if she wnated to chill, and she said sure, but instead of you getting her number she got yours.

Am I readin gto much into this?

Maybe I am, but I have nevver given my number to anyone else. I normally just get cats numbers.....Is this a protective measure maybe because we arent really all that "tight", or some **** like that, or am I just a paranoid crazy kid?..............

Either I'm getting really old really fast or you are making no sense at all.

I have no idea what you are saying, not one word do I understand

Yup, I've never heard of some of your slang man. Also, if I called someone a cat around here, I'd get a lot of weird looks. :p

Although, people tell me I have a slow, Georgian-esque drawl, I imagine I prolly speak 10 times too slow for you. =/

Considering the reaction you got to your last soap opera, err, post, I'm surprised you brought this up. I'd just lay back and see where it goes. If she dials you up, cool, if not, no skin off your back.

Is this another one of your "I'm asking for your opinion, but I don't really want it if it's not what I want to hear" questions?

If I ever meet any of you anywhere, esp. if I dont know who you are, I may have to repeat everything I say ten times.....lol

If you speak when you're clean and sober I might just understand what you're saying.

As for the "cat" thing the only people I've heard use it (in the past 30 years) are Daryl and Michael Waltrip. Who knew you're such a big NASCAR fan.

Speak English and you'll have a much easier time getting answers to your questions.

Geeze. Kids today with the slang. I'm 24, and did not understand most of what you were saying in your first post.

Plus, I wouldn't read anything into what she said or did. An wandering and paranoid imagination is sometimes your worst enemy.

When I was a kid I swore I would never be played by "females".

Dude, when you play the field you're gonna get played.

The fact that you have females in quotes has me quite concerned. :-o

I can't give you any advise here, heck I am 41.

I am only responding to see if I decifered your post correctly.
Let me know how close I am.

A young lady at work has caught your eye.
One day at work she came in and you indirectly tried to find out if you have any competition, she hinted that you might have competition so what are you going to do about it.

You get the hint but you also have other "options", so you ask for her number.

She also has options so she asks for your number instead.

You don't like the current situation, you want to have social access to her at your choosing, not hers. You come to us wanting to know how you can get her name in your little black book, without compromizing your freedom, and still looking favorable in her eyes.

So how close am I?

You know most days I dont feel all that old but that post sure made me think I must be getting up there. Are we really that old UB? Maybe its time to run a new average age poll. I believe we were about the median age last time they ran one of those.

I wasn't fully aware of what he said, and I'm 19.

But maybe that's just because I've never lived in a city, and I've always been surrounded with those fasinating cornfields.

I know I said I was done with this, but, I lied.

Close, but not really. Here, Ill correct you where you are "mistaken"

I'm really not interested in her, but I would live to hang out with her. Her sexual comment was kind of "intriguing", but for all I know she was just joking around and I took it the wrong way (she wasnt joking, but maybe it came out wrong). I never say never, cause weirder things have happened to me, but she not really "my type".

She did tell me she was "sort of " talking to someone (she actually made the hand motion) but I didnt take that to mean much. Maybe I mis-read her.

That was the main point of this thread. I have NEVER, and Im not exaggerating, had a female ask me for my number. My thing is, if you dont want to talk, why "lead" me to beleive that you would have liked to have fun......

I dont even have a "black book" and beleive it or not, when I was in HS I was a bama. I wasnt popular, and I really kept to myself. I have gotten a lot more interest since I started working (esp full time). As for the rest of your comment, see my above comment.

The little black book comment I didn't mean literally, um nevermind.

I am really feeling my age now. I don't remember life being that dramatic, but then back then the USSR still had enough missles pointed at us to fry the planet 10 times over, 55 was the speed limit, Reagan wasn't really old, people wore their pants properly, if you wanted to listen to any kind of rap it was Sugar Hill and a few others, and so on.
