The Broncos resigned running back Quentin Griffin and released punter Paul Ernster (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/7415/) on Tuesday. Griffin, who is 11 months removed from tearing an anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus in his knee, was released by the team when rosters were cut to 53 players. Views
Griffin will be fourth on the team's depth chart right now, but he could move up a spot if Tatum Bell (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/6800/)'s ankle injury costs him some time. However, he has no fantasy value unless he jumps over Bell, Ron Dayne (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/5040/), and Mike Anderson (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/5218/) to become the starter.
