No way the Pistons can take 4 out of 5 from the Spurs.

That's why I said "could" instead of "will." But, so far, I have seen nothing that makes me think the Pistons will be able to beat SA for an entire game.

Also, bear in mind that Detroit hasn't exactly been impressive at home in these playoffs so far.

one of the reasons ive always disliked the 2-3-2 format....IF the home teams wins the first two games at home....its much harder for the other team to win the next 3 games at their home...winning 2 is substantially easier than winning 3....its almost like a guaranteed the team that won the first two will get one of the 3....its just a bad format as far as im concerned....

i know its a travel issue...but in this day and age....they should change it....as far as im concerned having the home court advantage is even a greater advantage when the format is 2-3-2....

Well, the Spurs don't have anyone insane enough to go into the stands and confront a fan, so fan intervention is out.

An injury to Duncan may be the only chance the Pistons have. Considering he's already had 1 freak injury against the Pistons, the odds aren't very good of that either.

Doesn't look good. I think Spurs in 6 may be giving the Pistons too much credit, or the Spurs not enough.

As it is the Spurs play lock down defense; their offense is sharing, sharing sharing and patience, only taking high percentage shots, as I said before, except for outside interference, they will be very hard to beat.

in 5 because someone always does not show up one game, however, if they stay as hungry as they are tonight, then it will be a sweep.

Well, here's my prediction for the rest of the series.

Remember the 96 Finals between the Bulls (the 72 win Bulls) and the Sonics. The Bulls won the first two at home and went to Seattle, beat the Sonics badly in Game 3 and won in 6.

That's what I think happens here. The Spurs will go into the Palace and lay some serious smack down on the Pistons. It'll probably be similar to this game. Then the Spurs will let down mentally, like they did against the Suns. Well, the Pistons are better than the Suns, and the games are at home, so I see the Pistons winning Games 4 & 5, before the Spurs clinch Game 6 at home in a close, back and forth game.

So I'm going with Spurs in 6.

Interesting what happens agianst Detroit when you have ball movement and dribble penatration. Detroit's offense is horrible. I know the Spurs defense has a lot to do with it, but they were getting no dribble pen. and did not make the Spurs move from side to side at all. If Bowen keeps Hamilton in check like this the whole series he should get even more DPOY votes next year.
