I tell you what, after dropping me sister of at work, i went past me local news agent to get the latest motobike mag i buy and i was having a chat right before he was about to throw me out coz he was closing and i noticed some new item he had on the counter and i was like woahhh hold up and had a closer look and it's them braclets all the bball playa's are wearing at the moment so i throw em a buck and i rip one open to see what there like as i have been meaning to buy some Nike/And1 ones of this website for ages but been to lazy to get around to doing it so i tear it open and it's not to bad really, except it says "hope" on the yellow one, which is the one i got, not not sure what the others say but i reckon it'd be close to optimisim or something

Anyone else think maybe DD needs a few games rest? I think Foster should start a few games against Detroit and they should alternate..DD seemed to be alot more all over the place in games 1-4 but he looks a bit tired right now while Foster is all over the place defensively and offensively.

Dale will do great against Big Ben. That's a good matchup for him. He doesn't really get to play to his strengths against Boston.

A 27-point win. On the road. And a meltdown by the OTHER team.

That's great. Absolutely great.

Indiana 97, Boston 70

By HOWARD ULMAN, AP Sports Writer

AP - May 7, 9:12 pm EDT

BOSTON (AP) -- The Indiana Pacers stamped their signature on the deciding game of their series with the Celtics, slowing the pace, keeping Reggie Miller's career alive and ending Boston's season with a blowout.

The Pacers won Game 7 of their first-round series 97-70 Saturday night to prolong a season marked by suspensions, injuries and disharmony. Now the team that has overcome all that moves on to a meeting with their biggest rivals -- the defending champion Detroit Pistons -- in the Eastern Conference semifinals starting Monday night.

It'll be a rematch between the teams that took part in an ugly brawl that spilled into the stands during an early-season game at The Palace in Auburn Hills. The suspensions from that fight could have resulted in the Pacers giving up on their season, but that has clearly not been the case.

The Celtics played very poorly in a big game, missing easy shots and allowing Indiana to take uncontested ones, and had the second-lowest point total in their playoff history. They also lost three home games for the first time in a seven-game series.

Miller, who plans to end his 18-year career after this season, took just five shots and scored five points. But Miller didn't have to do much with Stephen Jackson scoring 24 points, Fred Jones 16 and Jermaine O'Neal 15.

The Celtics were led by Antoine Walker with 20 points and Paul Pierce with 19, but both were out of the game with 4:20 left and Indiana ahead 86-62 as coach Doc Rivers began clearing his bench.

Indiana turned a close game into a rout midway through the third quarter with an 11-2 run that made the score 54-43 with 3:46 left.

Indiana was ahead 59-48 before scoring five of the last seven points of the quarter, three by O'Neal, and led 64-50 going into the final period.

Any realistic chance for the Celtics disappeared in the first five minutes of the fourth quarter as the Pacers opened with a 12-5 spurt for a 76-55 lead. Backup guard Jones started it with two 3-pointers and ended it with a dunk with 7:36 to play.
