Nothing mentioned yet on the stream, but hmmmmmmm

Why no Bender tonight?

Too bad...NBA TV just spent about 10 min hyping him on their pre-game show as this is the NBA-TV Game of the night.

Games like this...I wish Harrington would leave that fade-a-way jumper at the house. He should either take it to who is guarding him, or give it up to someone else....there are mis matches all over the floor!

well looks like Jo's gonna make a point tonight, Dalembert will be experiencing little time, he'll either foul out or be in foul trouble throughout.

Tins is dishing like no tomorrow again, I just hope he gets some more minutes tonight and Ka backs him up for a change, these guys are no threat.

would be fun to see JO make 40+ :D

Foster will never learn to take a FT, AJ in for Tins. let's see what happens.

James in as well :D

AJ, Fred and James Jones, Croshere, and Pollard our lineup right now.. seems a bit early for garbage time.

I really don't like our second unit without Al. I don't know who is suppose to score with this unit we got out there. Might not matter vs the sixers tonight but still, would be nice if Rick switched these rotations up some with Artest out.

I agree completely, if it wasn;t for Fred we would barely be in front.

sorry, but not impressed.

I just don't understand why he is doing it. He has James Jones in the place of where Al used to be tonight. It was alright with Bender doing it but still not really good enough. I don't know why we have to have 5 bench players on the floor at some point every game. You guys blame AJ alot but what is he suppose to do when he is running point without a single scorer on the floor with him.

And now when the starters come back we have 0 momentum =\

As i've been saying for some time now. those set in stone rotations are killing momentum once to often, if there is a "flow" in the offense and defense as was going in the first Q, the msot you do is change 1 player at a time IF at all. now we run into brick walls, players get cold need to get into the rythm again, not good (tm)

I think that is a coaching flaw, no other way to look at it, look at how Tins and JO were going the first Q and look now.

able

Tins getting in the flow again, let's hope he can finish the Q that way! he might be able to get JO back into it as well.

I just hope he isn't doing this to us in the playoffs. But that seemed to be the knock on him from piston fans so he probably will =\

Let's hope Al stops flopping by then and Bird takes care of these sub-patterns.

otherwise we will have a identical result to the previous years and I don't need to plan any trips to Indy

I give up, these rotations are so set, not even a miner can get them changed.

No wonder there's no energy, we should be killing those guys, let the first team take a 25 pt lead and cruise from there, this way they even stay in the game and don't tell me they are playing good please

41-36 pacers lead at half.

I expected a bit better after that game last night and in anticipation of the road trip. No AI, Robinson, or Coleman would think they would be doing more. Pretty dissapointing. Can't let them hang around like this or it could be trouble in the 4th.

able
02-28-2004, 09:08 PM
well let's hope he will let those guys play some ball in the second half so the fans inside Conseco and in front of the tele as well as idiots like me on the web have something to enjoy, as for now it's amost more interesting to see the Houston re-run from last night

i agree about rotations, cant Rick ever just go with the players that are playing good?

He seems determined to take away the teams energy by subbing in AJ for Tins or Fred whenever they get smoking. I am not happy at all with AJs game lately. stagnant stagnant stagnant offense, I mean our SGs are better ball handlers

Tonight there is just an out in out lack of hustle and energy. Instead of leading by 20 or more, we are going to grind it out and keep Philly in the game... A game they have no business being in!

If RC had let the first unit finish the first quarter they would be up by 20 - 25 at the start of the 2nd, and not be in the game now, Dalembert would be in more foul trouble and we'd be having fun.

Sorry but this has little or nothing to do with the players, at least Tins and JO were sizzling when they were sub'd

with them not only the flow went out of the game, the defense took a long break as well, just look at their percentage, it's a disgrace, we're playing almsot scrubs and can't get away, ridiculous.

Wow...I'm starting to seriously worry about this team's lack of motivation...Artest or not, we should be playing better then this! Sorry, I am on the players...they are the ones on the floor, not the coaches!

Finally starting to build a decent lead again. But 3 minutes left in the third, it is almost time to empty the bench for us again and perhaps say goodbye to this lead :(

Al has been having a pretty good game tonight though. Good to see him working inside some again.

Well looks like we are gonna win. Not very impressive but a win is a win I guess. Reggie needs to play better on the road trip, seems like he hasn't done anything past 3-4 games. Would be nice if JO would play a bit more aggressive too.
